What will my order from outside the EU really cost?
Customs duty, VAT and fees for parcels to Luxembourg, worked out before you pay. Updated for the July 2026 customs change.
Three T-shirts are one kind; a T-shirt, a phone case and a lamp are three.
The rules in short
- Since 1 July 2026, parcels worth up to €150 from outside the EU pay a flat €3 customs duty per type of item (ECC-Net).
- VAT is unchanged: Luxembourg VAT is 17% for most goods, with lower rates for some, and it applies to the items, delivery and duty.
- From 1 July 2028 the flat €3 is due to become a percentage-based duty.
